All great wines are born in the vineyard! The cellar-master handles and gently crushes whole grapes in order to extract a juice rich in polyphenols. They are then transformed into wine using either century-old oak barrels or stainless steel vats.
For those of you wishing to keep the party going into the early hours, we have a nightclub area downstairs, equipped with a bar, dance floor area, and DJs playing live to you on our brand new, custom installed Traction sound system.
The club area is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights until 4.30am.
